Superintendent – Commercial Interiors

📍 Austin, TX

💰 Compensation & Benefits: $125,000 – $155,000 base salary, plus travel expenses, PTO, healthcare, and 401(k).

This GC has been shaping some of the most impressive interior spaces across Texas and is now looking for a Superintendent who knows how to run the show on-site. If you take pride in walking a jobsite and seeing everything running smoothly under your watch, this role's for you.

Day-to-day:

• Owning the jobsite — schedules, safety, subs, inspections.
• Making real-time calls to keep the job on track.
• Working side by side with the PM to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Setting the standard for quality and safety from the ground up.

What they want from you:

• Experience running interior projects for a GC (corporate offices, retail, or hospitality fit-outs a big plus).
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to keep multiple trades moving at once.
• Solid communication skills — you'll be dealing with everyone from subs to clients.
• The drive to deliver projects on time, on budget, and up to spec.
