Job Details

Reporting to Director of Legal Transactions Group, draft and negotiate contracts to support advanced semiconductor fabrication facilities across multiple sites, with a focus on vendor/supplier and procurement contracts. Directly advise management on legal risks presented in transactional matters. Continuously improve legal operations, including work processes, forms, software systems, policies and guidebooks. Establish cross-functional relationships to solve problems that impact many company stakeholders. Manage routine legal processes, working with paralegal staff, such as NDA negotiation, task tracking and reporting. Skills and Qualifications. Must have JD degree with at least 5 years of relevant legal experience. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas. Must be detail oriented, have good judgment and be able to manage multiple complex and competing priorities without significant supervision.
