Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Assistant Director of Engineering will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the facility and shift coverage. This includes maintaining the working order of guest rooms, meeting spaces, kitchens, and the building exterior. Assistant Director of Engineering will assist the Director of Engineering with managing and scheduling contractors, ensuring building system inspections, and P - Ms are conducted, and effectively communicating with the hotel in regards to facility-related operations. The candidate must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and develop departmental training and operational procedures.
