Seeking an individual contributor with Process Integration experience or knowledgeable of multiple unit processes such as Lithography, Etch, Thin Film deposition for example. The scope of the job is 28 nm node and above. The Process Integration Engineering (PIE) team is focused on incoming technology transfer, productization, new product introductions, yield improvement, process margin improvement, cycle time reductions and other KPI improvements. Role and Responsibilities. Heres What Youll Be Responsible For:Knowledgeable in unit part processes used to fabricate planar MOSFE - Ts and interconnects. Understands the critical interactions between processes and reasons for applications of materials / chemistries and patterning techniques. Enhances knowledge of fabrication sensitivities impacting device performance, yield, packaging and reliability.
