Program Director– IDD Services(on-call)
Location:South Austin, TX(6800WestgateBlvd)
Salary:$50,000/year
This role is for a QIDP position . The position includes an on-call component. The caseload consists of 30 individuals, with one home located in Bastrop and the remainder in South Austin. This is a salaried role within the ICF program.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the implementation of individualized, person-centered plans that support health, safety, and personal development
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
Supporting a safe and welcoming physical environment for individuals served
Managing day-to-day program operations and stakeholder relationships
Bachelor's degreeand requires a degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability tomanage schedules and prioritize staffing needs
Comfort with an on-call rotation and awillingness to provide direct care coverage when necessary
Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
