Compensation
$145,000 - $160,000 based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead design and development of major water and wastewater infrastructure
• Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 engineers and CAD techs
• Oversee planning, permitting, bidding, and construction phases
• Coordinate with TCEQ on permitting and CCN modifications
• Ensure quality assurance across deliverables and documentation
• Guide project execution to align with scope, schedule, and budget
• Conduct site visits and lead construction progress meetings

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE)
• Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
• Experience with water/wastewater systems
• Familiarity with tools like WaterCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, GO HEC-RAS
• Capability to lead diverse engineering teams on complex projects
