Our client is looking for a proactive Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close. This individual will take a hands-on role in cash management, financial reporting, and key processes across AP, AR, fixed assets, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Manage daily and weekly cash reporting, forecasting, and bank reconciliations
• Track and capitalize fixed assets
• Support AP and AR operations, including invoice processing, DSO/DPO targets, and PO matching
• Contribute to tax filings and compliance, including sales/use tax and business registrations
• Assist in creating accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA/CMA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong month-end close expertise
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle or Epicor a plus)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving ability
• Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
