Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP. Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools such as Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, and NetFlow. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather and analyze project requirements. • Design scalable, flexible, and efficient automation solutions tailored to specific business needs. • Develop and oversee the implementation of system integrations, ensuring robust and seamless data flow between platforms. • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redundancies in workflows and design optimized solutions. • Create customized automation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. • Perform rigorous testing and validation of automation processes to ensure they function as intended. • Develop, debug, and maintain Bash, Batch, and PowerShell scripts to address customer/project-specific automation needs. • Integrate automation scripts with third-party tools, APIs, and cloud platforms to facilitate data synchronization and process automation. • Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues post-deployment, ensuring minimal downtime. • Manage the deployment of custom configurations across large user bases or multiple environments, ensuring consistency and minimizing errors. Technical Skills & Knowledge: Networking & System Administration: • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP. • Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools such as Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, and NetFlow. • Experience diagnosing and resolving network issues such as slow connectivity, hardware failures, and configuration errors. • Minimum 5 years experience preferred. Education & Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or similar.
