Job Overview:

The Client Store Online Readiness Program Manager is responsible for strategizing, planning, and successfully managing the launch of client products and programs worldwide. By aligning people, processes, and technologies, the Program Manager will ensure the integrity of the launch moment while delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will own and manage the detailed Online plan of record, connecting all workstreams, program timelines, and deliverables, and ensuring smooth operations of all execution workstreams. Throughout the program lifecycle, you will manage partner communications, ensuring alignment and clarity, while analyzing and tracking new and emerging risks and developing comprehensive risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect all teams and workstreams related to the project.
  • Collaborate on and influence Online strategy at launch.
  • Own and deliver the plan with clear deliverables and timelines.
  • Track and manage evolving priorities with appropriate trade-offs.
  • Drive detailed operational and systems plans of record and implementation, managing readiness across internal and external systems.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of program management experience, managing and delivering strategic initiatives, showcasing the ability to connect workstreams to business priorities, strong influencing skills, and coordinating members from a broad cross-functional team to work towards one goal/outcome.
  • BS/BA degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience with affordability or financing programs, eCommerce, Internet, or multi-channel environments with relevant technical and business acumen preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing strategy and direction through data-driven insights.
  • IS&T and/or engineering experience not required.
  • English business proficiency.

Pay Range: $60 - $70

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
