Overview

ESP is currently seeking a Project Manager with experience in geotechnical engineering to join our Texas team. This is an excellent opportunity to continue to advance your career with a well-established firm!

Responsibilities

• Project Management duties to include:
  • Project scoping
  • Proposal preparation
  • Coordination and executing field investigation and laboratory testing
  • Engineering analyses
  • Report writing
  • Consultation
  • Invoice preparation
  • Client contact and correspondence

Position expectations

• Technical abilities in some or all of the following:
  • Shallow and deep foundation analyses
  • Pavement design and analysis
  • Slope stability analysis
  • Settlement analysis
  • Interpretation of laboratory test data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline. Master's in geotechnical engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment. If registered in other states, must have the ability to obtain reciprocity in Texas within 6 months.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company's driving (MVR) policy.
