Director of Business Transformation opportunity at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. Reports to: CFO. Undefeated Tribe is an official Crunch Fitness franchise based in Austin, TX. The fastest growing franchise group, the Undefeated Tribe is expanding the Crunch Fitness brand across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Missouri. The Undefeated Tribe was named Franchise of the Year in 2021 and 2024, and will be inviting over 1000 individuals to join our team to help our community experience fitness, wellness, relaxation, and recovery.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Business Transformation to lead the vision, strategy, and implementation of business transformation initiatives across the organization. This executive leader will serve as the internal catalyst for transformation—working cross-functionally to architect, execute, and scale intelligent systems that align with our mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Development of Business Transformation roadmaps with Undefeated Tribe's executive team
• Drive implementation of roadmaps through resource identification & leading a series of task force calls for the company's most important projects
• Lead monthly transformation steering committee meeting to review key priorities and progress
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Service, and external partners to drive adoption
• Change Management: Drive cultural and operational shifts required to embed AI capabilities into the organization

AI Use Cases You Will Champion

• Outbound AI Call Center Agents for lead nurturing and conversion optimization.
• Inbound AI Agents to reduce customer service load from our clubs and enhance member satisfaction.
• Recruitment AI Agents to automatically review applicants, assess qualification match, and schedule interviews.
• AI-Driven Accounts Payable Automation to significantly reduce manual processing time and errors.
• AI Chat-Based Knowledge Base to provide employees with instant, conversational access to company information, resources, and processes.
• Other departmental roadmap initiatives as defined with cross-functional collaboration with Undefeated Tribe's leadership team.

Driving Results Through High-Impact Meetings

To promote execution, accountability, and speed, the Director of Business Transformation will lead action-oriented weekly sessions marked by:

• Time-boxed format – limited to 60 minutes to stay focused and efficient.
• Solution-driven agenda – designed to remove blockers, solve problems, and enable ownership.
• Strategic participants – includes initiative sponsors, work stream owners, and key leaders from technology and finance.
• Execution mindset – fast-paced, transparent, and oriented around delivering measurable progress.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in technology strategy and digital transformation.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-departmental change initiatives.
• Inquisitive learner eager to explore new AI technologies, commercial tools, and implementation pathways.
• Entrepreneurial, systems thinker with strong leadership and stakeholder alignment skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged durations of time.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or related field required.
