We are looking for a talented and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our commercial construction projects. Our ideal candidate will have a successful history in managing large-scale construction endeavors, exceptional communication and leadership abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to drive project success.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations, codes, and standards.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation and record-keeping.
• Manage change orders, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management transparently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.
• Strong experience leading project teams, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, best practices, and relevant regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards.
• Proficient in project management software such as ProCore or Primavera.
