About the Position
We are searching for an experienced Field Superintendent I to join our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of related experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will plan, supervise, and coordinate the execution phase of all assigned work to ensure safety, profitability, quality, schedules, and strong relationships with Owners and Consultants. Projects will span across multiple markets and geographies, offering opportunities for expanding knowledge and deepening skill sets in construction management. We are searching for someone who can be an independent self-starter and an effective team leader.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/A) or equivalent from a four-year college, or Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • 3+ years of related experience in field supervision, construction management, or a similar role
  • Ability to understand and execute plans, specifications, estimates, contracts, and schedules for each job
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
  • Strong experience in supervising subcontractors and coordinating jobsite activities to meet safety, quality, and schedule standards
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with Owners, local authorities, inspectors, and subcontractor representatives
  • Ability to prepare daily reports, short-term schedules, punch lists, and maintain job records on-site
  • Ability to recruit, hire, and develop field engineers, assistant superintendents, and other site personnel
  • Strong ability to enforce and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with the company's safety program
  • Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position may have supervisory responsibilities, overseeing site personnel such as field engineers and assistant superintendents.

Travel Requirements
Occasional travel to attend meetings, site reviews, and off-site events may be required. The candidate must maintain a current, valid driver's license and proof of insurance. The role may require travel to domestic or foreign locations, and employees must be able to travel freely on a passport or other official document.
