Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to manage daily service operations and ensure seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be the go-to contact for service updates, account follow-ups, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Schedule and coordinate service requests and property maintenance
  • Track service timelines, vendor communications, and job completion
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, service logs, and billing documentation
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with field technicians and external vendors to maintain service standards
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and management
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and client expectations
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in client service, operations, or administrative coordination (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
