Role Overview:
The Technical Project Manager - M365 Tenant Migration will lead project management efforts for the cross-tenant Microsoft 365 migration at the GLO. This role focuses on guiding technical execution, securing the tenant environment, managing vendors, and ensuring all aspects are compliant with Microsoft and federal standards. A selected vendor will execute the hands-on migration-especially for the Community Development and Revitalization (CDR) unit-while the Technical PM ensures governance, oversight, and technical integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead M365 cross-tenant migration project, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate technical deliverables and align with Microsoft best practices.
• Oversee vendor performance and collaboration.
• Ensure the M365 tenant is secure, optimized, documented, and compliant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Track technical dependencies, risks, and progress across teams.
• Facilitate Agile or hybrid project ceremonies and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience: Years Requirement 8 Agile or hybrid project delivery methodology experience 5 Cross-functional team coordination 5 Technical risk and dependency management 4 Enterprise cloud migration (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.) 3 Identity and Access Management (IAM) in cloud environments

Preferred Skills:
• Microsoft 365 tenant migration experience
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
