We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support our client service team and senior executives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple priorities. You will be instrumental in coordinating client accounts, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day communications operations.
Responsibilities
Assist account executives with client communications, project updates, and administrative tasks.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items for follow-up.
Maintain and update internal databases, project trackers, and schedules.
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
Coordinate logistics for client meetings, internal briefings, and project deliverables.
Support billing and invoicing processes by organizing documentation and tracking deadlines.
Conduct research to support client strategies and market trends.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in an administrative, account support, or client service role (internships accepted).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Professional demeanor and high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
