We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support our client service team and senior executives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple priorities. You will be instrumental in coordinating client accounts, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day communications operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist account executives with client communications, project updates, and administrative tasks.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items for follow-up.

  • Maintain and update internal databases, project trackers, and schedules.

  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.

  • Coordinate logistics for client meetings, internal briefings, and project deliverables.

  • Support billing and invoicing processes by organizing documentation and tracking deadlines.

  • Conduct research to support client strategies and market trends.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, account support, or client service role (internships accepted).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

  • Professional demeanor and high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
