Join our team as a Full-Time Sanitation Team Member and play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent maintenance service and ensuring that our facilities remain pristine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks to ensure all areas of the store are well-maintained.
• Support various teams during cleaning projects and assist with emergency cleaning needs.
• Conduct minor repairs and improvements as needed.
• Participate in ordering and tracking supplies required for store maintenance.
• Help maintain the outdoor landscaping and parking area to enhance the store's appearance.
• Arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to contribute during all scheduled shifts.
• Report any safety hazards or violations immediately.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by store leadership.

Experience:

No prior retail experience is required. We welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn!

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours a day.
• Willingness to engage in bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Exposure to approved cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
• Flexible scheduling is necessary, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to safely use tools and equipment, such as box cutters and pallet jacks.
