Noonlight is looking for a highly skilled and versatile Director of Operations to lead and scale both our monitoring operations and broader business operations. This critical role combines strategic leadership, operational expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our internal processes and external partnerships drive excellence and enable growth.
As the Director of Operations, you will oversee key relationships with third-party monitoring providers, ensuring their performance aligns with Noonlight's high standards, while also leading initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the organization. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operator with a passion for optimizing processes, building strong partnerships, and contributing to the growth and success of a fast-paced, high-impact organization.
