APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Responsible for project managing simultaneous medium-to-large cross-functional UAT projects worldwide and deliver them in line with major release milestones. Develop deep subject matter expertise of end-to-end customer journeys, business processes, and impacted systems. Develop and drive comprehensive cross functional UAT strategies. Collaborate with multiple UAT partner teams to connect the dots and stitch across them to drive success. Develop and sustain strong and trusted relationships with all cross-functional partners. Lead, plan and organize activities and tasks throughout UAT planning and Execution. Lead, take proactive action, and provide goal-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity. Keep the extended team informed and ensure accountability to the resolution of key issues. Lead test resources required for successful execution of projects. Provide input to and shape the UAT management processes in-line with industry best practices. Domestic Travel Required 5-10%. 40 hours/week.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Electrical Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • Experience and/or education must include:
  • Leading the creation and implementation of comprehensive test strategies for end-to-end eCommerce systems.
  • Developing detailed tests plans, including high-level scenarios and comprehensive test cases.
  • Managing change processes for scope and content adjustments.
  • Creating use cases and traceability matrices to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Utilizing tools for effective test case and defect management.
  • Working with IS&T for timely defect resolution.
  • Testing E2E ecommerce systems.
  • Facilitating testing support for Call Center organizations and related customer support tools.
  • Testing content within the eCommerce purchase flow.
  • Testing on Web, Mobile Optimized Flow, and iOS devices.
  • Working with SAP order processing and invoicing processes.
  • Utilizing simulation tools such as Quick Silver, LISA, Genie, or Selenium for test automation.
  • Managing test resources, including supervision of testing teams.
  • Engaging with project stakeholders to manage risks and address open issues effectively.
  • Compiling and presenting UAT reports, summarizing project status for leadership.
  • Performing root cause analysis to track and report data insights effectively.
