Looking to plug into a high-profile, high-tech construction project? As an Electrical Estimator (Electrical Cost Engineer), you'll be a key player on the project control team in managing costs for complex electrical systems—from Medium Voltage/Low Voltage power to fire alarm and telecom. You'll analyze drawings, manage change orders, and track budgets across a fast-moving build.

Enjoy standout benefits: fully paid health insurance for you and your dependents, catered meals, a phone allowance, generous PTO, and performance-based bonuses—all while working with a collaborative team that values precision and accountability.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and review detailed cost estimates and takeoffs for electrical systems
  • Analyze drawings/specs to support cost forecasting and budgeting

  • Track actual costs vs. budgets and update forecasts accordingly
  • Support procurement with scope/pricing alignment and cost breakdowns
  • Evaluate subcontractor proposals, pay apps, and change requests
  • Coordinate closely with field supervisors, engineers, and schedulers
  • Create and present cost performance reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or similar
  • 3-5 years in cost engineering, estimating, or quantity surveying for electrical scopes
  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction and systems (MV/LV, grounding, lighting, etc.)

Bonus Points For:

  • Semiconductor or industrial MEP project experience
  • Bilingual (English/Korean)
