Roles & Responsibilities

DevSecOps Senior Engineer / Lead

• Understand tool chains, build, and deployment environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and support required tool chains.
• Evaluate and automate build processes, implementing appropriate tools for build and release activities.
• Understand build flow, debug build failures, and support timely development releases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to achieve business goals.

Skill Set

[Must] Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows and DevOps ecosystems (Jenkins, GitHub, Gerrit, etc.).

[Must] Hands-on experience with containerization, Dockerfiles, and microservices architecture-based application design.

[Must] Strong leadership skills to motivate, mentor, and build team synergy.

[Must] Good knowledge of tool chains and ecosystems, source code management, branching, and merging strategies.

[Plus] Experience with shell scripting, Python, Ruby, Bash.

[Plus] Experience working in Agile environments.

DevSecOps Engineer

• Understand tool chains, build, and deployment environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and support tool chains.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines with defined tool sets.
• Create build and deployment jobs (Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps, Ansible).
• Troubleshoot build and deployment failures.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and Agile ceremonies.

Skill Set

[Must] Knowledge of Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Nexus, Jira, Ansible.

[Must] Experience with end-to-end CI/CD, branching, and merging.

[Must] Exposure to container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

[Plus] Knowledge of DevOps, continuous delivery in cloud environments.
