The Opportunity
We're seeking an Executive Director who excels at the intersection of leadership, growth, and community. This role is perfect for someone who:

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience
- Lead and manage all inbound leads, ensuring a seamless onboarding journey until each client is paired with the right coach or practitioner.
- Oversee client success at every touchpoint: onboarding, service quality, retention, transitions, holds, and feedback resolution.
Business Operations
- Maintain and refine Standard Operating Procedures and the employee handbook.
- Track and report on KPIs aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Manage the staff lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and, when necessary, terminations.
- Organize community-facing events and manage external partnership opportunities.
- Send monthly updates to the member community to foster transparency and engagement.
- Manage clients' accounts
Business Development
- Create and execute strategies to expand the client base and diversify revenue streams (e.g., video library, speaking engagements, corporate wellness, digital products).
- Drive the growth and influence of Central Health.
Marketing
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan.
- Oversee the weekly newsletter and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
- Deploy a long-form video content strategy.
Meetings & Leadership
- Lead engaging weekly team meetings and as-needed marketing discussions.
- Assign clear action items and ensure accountability for deliverables.
- Meet weekly with the Founder to align on strategy and quarterly objectives, as well as staff KPIs and performance metrics.
Accounting & Compliance
- Review and reconcile accounts monthly.
- Partner with our CPA to ensure tax compliance and adherence to regulations.
- Oversee payroll and HR benefits administration.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of operations or management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or boutique business environments.
- Proven ability to scale a small business or startup and deliver sustainable growth.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Natural leader who inspires, motivates, and develops others.
- Community-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships and partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.
- Proficient with Mailchimp, Google Drive, Acuity, and CRM platforms.
- Passionate about health and fitness, a bonus if you actively train or pursue personal performance goals.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Starting at $70,000
Bonus Tiers:
- Tier 1: $80K monthly revenue = +10% annual bonus
- Tier 2: $100K monthly revenue = +15% annual bonus
- Tier 3: $120K monthly revenue = +20% annual bonus
