Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has written lots of non-trivial code, has had to design creative engineering solutions frequently, and above all is a problem solver with a sound computer science background. The candidate would know or be able to learn quickly how a standard computer science algorithm works, such as graph algorithms, sorting algorithms, etc. Having written lots of code, the candidate should possess real expertise in at least one programming language.
