Our client, a leading provider of IT solutions, is seeking an IT Solutions Implementation Engineer to join their team. As an IT Solutions Implementation Engineer, you will support various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: IT Solutions Implementation Engineer

What's the Job?
- Installation of enterprise-grade software on servers and devices on the network.
- Configuration of cloud services into customer networks.
- Work with customers' IT to prepare their network for the solution.
- Integrate solutions with customers' Identity Providers such as Azure, Google, AD, and Okta.
- Troubleshoot and support current solutions that are in place.
- 5+ years in an IT Support field.
- Professional IT Certifications, such as Microsoft MCITP, MCSA, or MCSE, Cisco CCNA, Net+.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and functions: DNS, SNMP, SMTP, TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, SMB, LDAP.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
