This is a part-time, weekday afternoon role (2:00 PM 6:30 PM) at elementary schools across Austin and surrounding areas. Enjoy weekends off, a supportive team environment, and a free YMCA membership. As a Site Leader, youll oversee daily operations for our licensed afterschool programsupporting staff, leading activities, and ensuring a safe, engaging space for up to 85 children ages 412. Youll play a key leadership role in bringing the Ys mission to life each afternoon.
