Commodity Managers work with Engineering teams to ensure Google has the supplies and equipment to put into production the innovative products coming from our Engineering teams. You use your broad industry knowledge and strategic supplier relationships to optimize total cost of ownership for our global infrastructure. The scale at which Google operates means that savings on one component can have a large impact on Google's bottom line.
Our team is responsible for all aspects of supplier development and ongoing performance management to meet Google's technology and business needs. You will manage projects, driving collaboration to develop and execute Google's sourcing strategy for CPU and OEM Server and OEM Storage hardware across multiple internal organizations, in support of our infrastructure deployment.
You will be part of an end-to-end Supply Chain team that drives continuous improvements and ensures operational excellence in support of Google's growth. You are ambitious and ready to exert influence at the executive levels, acting as a Commodity Manager and leader with an executive presence who collaborates across multiple functions.

Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
