The HT Group has a manufacturing client in Austin, TX looking for an Order Fulfillment Clerk who is detail-oriented and organized to support sales operations through order management, customer service, and coordination with internal teams. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and an interest in sales operations, order processing, and customer support.
Mimimum 30 hours a week, Tuesday-Thursday
Contract-to-hire
$20-$22/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update sales orders in ERP and inventory systems
Process order confirmations and acknowledgements in a timely manner
Prepare federal export forms required for shipment of goods outside the U.S.
Communicate with customers to provide order tracking updates and make adjustments as needed
Coordinate with Sales Operations, shipping teams, and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment
Monitor and manage inventory across multiple locations to meet customer demands
Work independently to resolve issues or escalate when necessary
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Data entry experience
Customer service background
Proficiency with Excel and ERP/order management systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
