The HT Group has a manufacturing client in Austin, TX looking for an Order Fulfillment Clerk who is detail-oriented and organized to support sales operations through order management, customer service, and coordination with internal teams. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and an interest in sales operations, order processing, and customer support.

Mimimum 30 hours a week, Tuesday-Thursday

Contract-to-hire

$20-$22/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update sales orders in ERP and inventory systems
• Process order confirmations and acknowledgements in a timely manner
• Prepare federal export forms required for shipment of goods outside the U.S.
• Communicate with customers to provide order tracking updates and make adjustments as needed
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, shipping teams, and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor and manage inventory across multiple locations to meet customer demands
• Work independently to resolve issues or escalate when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Data entry experience
• Customer service background
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/order management systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
