American Operator is look to add plumbers at all levels to join one of our portfolio companies. With over 50 years of service, this company is known for quality workmanship, professionalism, and a strong commitment to its customers. This role will be based in Austin, TX working for a a long-standing, community-focused plumbing business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping for residential clients.
- Complete jobs ranging from new construction and remodels to everyday service calls and repairs.
- Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and recommend effective solutions.
- Interact with customers professionally and provide exceptional service.
- Follow all safety guidelines, regulations, and building codes.
- Mentor junior plumbers (journeyman and master levels).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Apprentice - Eagerness to learn and strong work ethic & technical training or related experience
- Journeyman Plumber - Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License & proven plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance experience
- Master Plumber - Valid Texas Master Plumber License & extensive field experience and leadership capability
