Description:

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager III for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. You will manage end-to-end survey projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver clear communications and insights to stakeholders.

Rate Range: $70/hour to 75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Manager III job responsibilities include:

* Lead end-to-end project management for global employee engagement surveys, from planning through execution and results reporting.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with People Analytics, HR, Communications, and Change Management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk logs, and documentation using tools like Wrike and Keynote.

* Facilitate meetings and stakeholder updates, ensuring clear communication of milestones, risks, and next steps.

* Drive process improvements and support data-driven decision-making through effective reporting and visualization.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigating ambiguity and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

* Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, ideally in a global HR or People Analytics environment.

* Proven experience managing global employee engagement surveys using platforms like Qualtrics or Medallia.

* Strong communication and data visualization skills, with proficiency in tools like Keynote, Wrike, and collaboration platforms.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $75.00 per hour
