Responsible for supporting the Head of Global Financial Planning & Analysis, in this position, you will participate in the financial workstreams of the North America portfolio either in a service provider/consultant or asset monitoring role, as applicable. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** Perform other job-related duties as assigned. **Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. *Education & Experience:* * Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field* 7-10+ years experience in related fields, which may include Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Controlling, Business Process Analysis, Audit, Financial Analysis, Project Finance or Economics* Experience with Financial Models and Project Finance a plus.* Masters degree or CFA candidate a plusEffectively manage tasks and tight deadlines independently Ability to interact with colleagues in a self-managed team structure Superior quantitative skills and analytical mindset Strong interpersonal and communication/commercial skills with a customer centric/value adding mindset. *Computer Skills:* * Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency, especially within Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point, as well as PC based programs* Familiarity with SAP accounting software is preferred* Experience with reporting and dashboards tools will be a plus (ex. PowerBI, Business Objects, Qlikview, SAC)Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus, as necessary to use a computer While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear
