Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company focused on sustainability and innovation.
Role Summary: As a Non-IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing tasks for the Sustainability's Request for Proposal (RFP) Lifecycle. Your role will be crucial in developing guidance, frameworks, and strategies to prioritize, assess, and respond to RFPs, ultimately driving the mainstream adoption of sustainability within the company.
- Engage with GTM and assigned Regional Global Black Belts (GBBs) to develop guidance and framework for prioritizing, assessing, and responding to RFPs.
- Develop and conduct continuous Sustainability RFP framework and analysis to inform and adjust RFP strategy.
- Create a standard RFP Executive Summary template and ensure the RFPIO and Co-Pilot Studio repositories are up to date.
- Create and update a detailed schedule with GTM, track project progress, and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with GTM and stakeholders throughout the RFP project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Microsoft to provide feedback and enhancements to the RFP process, streamlining and simplifying business processes.
MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- PMI or PMP certification.
