Warehouse Pick/Pack - EVALUATION HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Schedule Available:
• 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced Pick and Pack Warehouse professionals to join our team as Warehouse Material Handlers. This role supports material handling and inventory control functions within the manufacturing warehouse. This is an evaluation hire position - meaning if you perform well and maintain good attendance, the goal is to be hired on permanently by the client.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform pick and pack duties, ensuring accuracy of order selection, packing, and staging materials for production.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and timely data entry.
• Analyze and correct inventory discrepancies, including deallocating/reallocating materials as needed.
• Organize, sort, and maintain materials and storage areas to ensure a clean and efficient work environment.
• Kit and stage materials required for manufacturing builds, ensuring timely delivery to the production floor.
• Track incoming materials from vendors, support internal QA inspection processes, and ensure proper flow to production.
• Assist with compiling inventory and shipping reports as needed.

• Strong pick and pack and general warehouse experience is required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production support warehouse is preferred.
