Join Our Team as an Assembly Associate

• Position: Assembly Associate
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:00pm (the mornings are yours!)

• Training: The initial training period will be completed on the first shift (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM) before transitioning to the regular second-shift schedule.

The second shift offers a 15% shift differential!

This is a temporary-to-hire position with the opportunity to transition to regular full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping to assemble products and prepare dosimeters (don't worry, we'll train you!)
• .Handling materials and keeping your workstation stocked.
• Hitting productivity and quality targets-your hard work keeps us moving!
• Following safety guidelines to keep yourself and your team safe.
• Reporting any issues so we can tackle them together.
• Working as part of a team that supports each other every step of the way.

What We're Looking For:

• A team player with a positive attitude-no experience required, just a willingness to learn!
• Someone who can stand, bend, and move around throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills for tracking and communication.
• A high school diploma or GED.
