Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established, locally owned hardware supplier serving the residential building industry in Williamson County. We are seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors.

This role is essential to ensure smooth daily operations while providing exceptional service and professionalism. The ideal candidate is organized, presentable, and brings a friendly, professional demeanor to every interaction.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00/hour

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with courtesy and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry and recordkeeping.
• Organize, file, and manage paperwork and important documents.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and supporting team members.
• Ensure the front office area is presentable and welcoming.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in office administration, receptionist duties, or customer service.
• Represents the company with a professional, welcoming presence at all times.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
