As a Consulting Engineer, you will gain hands‑on experience and contribute to groundbreaking technology. You will make a proven impact on network infrastructure and solutions like security, mobility and cloud. Customer Experience covers full customer life‑cycle experience. You give on customer engagements including planning, design and implementation of solutions. Ability to multi‑task, self‑start, work in a dynamic team environment and work independently. Awareness and general understanding of how consumer applications work over the internet (e.g., Browser, Voice/Video calls, Social Networks, Streaming etc.). Passionate about Computer Networking, Information Technology and Computer Science.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program) + 1 year of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelors + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant fields include: Computer Networking, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Networking, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Basic computer networking fundamentals relating to IP addressing, routing, switching, TCP/IP and OSI model.
  • Proficient in Python, REST APIs, Automation.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCENT, CCNA, CCNP).

Benefits

  • 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non‑exempt employees
  • 1 paid day off for employee's birthday, paid year‑end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by Cisco
  • Non‑exempt employees receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year
  • Exempt employees participate in Cisco's flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
  • 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
  • Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
  • Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
