Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the department, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Supervise and train department staff to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project timelines and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and timely project completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in a construction-related field.
• Strong knowledge of shelving, mirrors, shower doors, bath accessories, and door lock installation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
