The Staff Pad has partnered with a law office in Austin, TX to hire a Junior/Entry-Level Associate Attorney.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
  • Draft and respond to motions under supervision, applying foundational litigation skills
  • Support attorneys in trial preparation, discovery, and client communications
  • Learn and apply Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP) and Rules of Evidence
  • Collaborate with support staff and senior attorneys to achieve strong client outcomes

Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • New Grads Welcome!
  • Licensed and in good standing in TX, AZ, CO, or NM
  • Some exposure to litigation or clerkship experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused mindset
  • Desire to grow into a successful plaintiff attorney
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
