Description:

Come join our growing Maintenance Team as a Full-Time Porter for one of our newest properties in Austin, TX!
This position is eligible for our brand new "Texas Stay Program", which is designed to reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and financially support RPS new-hires along the way! You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date.
Position: Porter
Location: Cedar Heights, our brand new 304-unit residential community located in Austin, TX 78744 (in the heart of East Austin)!
Hours: The hours for the position are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break daily, weekends possible.

* Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly

* Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
* Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth
Qualifications:
* Education
* High school diploma or GED required
* Experience
* 1-3 months of related experience preferred
* Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Skills & Certifications:
* Valid Driver's License required
