Janitorial Services Position

We are seeking candidates who are customer service oriented and take great pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and aesthetically comfortable environment. Responsible for major floor care projects, cleanliness, and maintenance of hard surface floors and carpets.

Responsibilities:

• Performs general janitorial duties in apartments and commons areas as directed by the Director of EVS.
• Maintains floors and carpets within the Independent Living.
• Responsible for picking up and removal of trash from assigned areas.
• Follows cleaning and deep cleaning schedules and performs annual cleanings as a part of the weekly cleaning schedule.
• Attends to emergencies while following safety procedures.
• Responsible for work orders for scheduled functions, ie; tables and chairs.
• Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the Director of EVS.

Regular Hours:

Sunday Thursday

Sunday 10:00am - 6:30pm

Monday-Thursday 12:00 pm-8:30 pm
