Position: Office Receptionist

Location: Austin, TX

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $800 - $950 per week

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Receptionist to be the frontline representative of our company. As the Office Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, which means that a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Greet and assist all visitors and clients as they arrive.
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for the office.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
