Job DescriptionWe are looking for dedicated team members looking to contribute to what Pinthouse creates in the kitchen. We require accurate prep work, positive communication, and confident high-volume service. Our passionate team members follow recipes, understand the flow of service, and report to the management team with clarity and consistency.Responsibilities* Complete opening and closing checklists, including daily and weekly cleaning tasks* Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in a variety ofother kitchen equipment* Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, qualitystandards and rules, policies and procedures* Handle, store and rotate all products properly* Maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area including tables, shelves, walls, oven, andrefrigeration equipmentQualifications* Food Handler's Certification* Experience in Kitchen (Preferred)* Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment* Love a high-volume environmentE-VerifyPinthouse is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify program to confirm the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.
