Examples of Duties

• Opening and closing the facility like a pro (yes, you get the keys)
• Helping set up and break down for special events and tournaments
• Supervising Event Assistants and making sure the team is on point
• Greeting guests and giving them the info they need
• Keeping an eye on the buildingmaking sure everyone's safe and following the rules
• Handling light cleaning and maintenance to keep the space fresh
• Reporting any issues or repair needs to full-time staff
• Responding to emergencies with calm and confidence

Experience and Training

• You're in high school or recently graduated
• You've got a high school diploma or 6+ months of sports/event experience
• You're responsible, reliable, and ready to lead
• You're CPR/AED/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified within 60 days)
• You're a great communicator and love helping people
• You're cool under pressure and know how to keep things organized
