The Role
As a Room Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the comfort and cleanliness of our guest rooms and public spaces. You'll ensure each room feels inviting, well-cared-for, and ready for our guests to relax in. Daily tasks include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities, and reporting any maintenance needs. You'll also take part in maintaining appositive and collaborative atmosphere within the housekeeping team, supporting one another to deliver the high standards The Carpenter Hotel is known for.

Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
* Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms.
* Replenish guest room amenities such as towels, toiletries, and supplies.
* Inspect rooms for damage, maintenance needs, or missing items and report them promptly.
* Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and supplies in a neat and organized manner.
* Follow proper safety and sanitation policies at all times.
* Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
* Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and hotel standards in all interactions.
Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed.  Furthermore, employee responsibilities and job descriptions are subject to review and revision.
