As part of our mission to enhance the health and wellbeing of our communities, we are looking for a Microbiology Laboratory Manager who shares our commitment to quality in healthcare. Are you ready to make a difference?

This full-time position operates during the first shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations and financial performance of the laboratory.
• Implementing enhancements to meet customer expectations, achieve service and quality goals, and ensure patient safety.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive policies, procedures, and programs for the laboratory.
• Promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and quality control.

To be successful, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant science field to satisfy CLIA/CAP regulations.
• A minimum of 10 years of laboratory experience.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently under time constraints.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

• ASCP certification.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory or a similar service organization.
