WHAT WE OFFER:

• Competitive Compensation

  Our base compensation combined with performance-based bonus puts us at the top pay range in the acupuncture & wellness industry. We pay based on performance measured via data and statistics. Our current Senior Associate is making $120k/year in total compensation. If you are looking for a high base salary just for showing up to treat patients, we are the wrong team for you. Everybody starts at $50k base salary, no exceptions, you must prove you can produce results for our patients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide all Services & Office visits offered by our clinic (ie. QRA Acupuncture, pulse re-evaluation, manual therapy, nerve reboot, etc).
• You must use the acupuncture technique and herb prescribing system that generates the quickest and best results for patients. Currently that is our QRA acupuncture and FPD herbs. If you like to use various techniques that don't generate faster and better results than our techniques then our team will not be a good fit for you, as our #1 focus is always Patients benefit first. Patients want fast and effective treatments, period.
• Manage inventory.
• Work with patients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.
• Provide excellent service to our patients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure.
• Ensuring patients have a VIP experience in our clinic.
• Encourage happy patients to write us a 5-star Google review.
• Encourage happy patients to send us their success stories.
• Share patient success stories during daily company meetings.
• Encourage happy patients to refer their family and friends.
• Team player, which means you help out whenever needed, because you care about our patients and our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• you must live within 15 miles of our cedar park clinic
• Must have great energy, Great work ethic and a GREAT SMILE!
• You must truly have a caring heart and truly want to help people improve their health, if you are mainly focused on how much money you can make and your goal is to have work-life separation (balance), we are not the team for you
• You must be able to follow instructions exactly as written as we have a proven successful recipe for treatments. If you are looking to use your treatment methods in our clinic, we are not the right team for you
• You must practice service above self, and put our Patient's goals & benefits in front of your own goals.
• You must be Results-oriented, which is defined as getting patients the results that they want, and anything less than that is considered effort. Patients don't pay us for effort or trying to help them. They only pay us when we generate results for them. Therefore, our company pays all of our employees based on Results NOT effort. If you are wanting a high base salary just for treating patients, but not generating results, we are not the right team for you.
• You must have the character of Earning your pay instead of being given a pay that you didn't earn.
• You must be HUMBLE. If you're thinking about coming on our team to change things we are not the right team for you. We've seen that the more experience an Acupuncturist has the harder they struggle on our team.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Thursday (8am-12pm, 1:30pm-6:30pm)
