Performs entry-level customer service work that assists with Golf Shop operations such as answering phones, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling tee times, promoting and marketing the golf course, and selling merchandise. Generally, this position uses routine basic skills and works under moderate supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Essential Duties & Required Qualifications Assists in daily operations in the Golf Shop, including the sale of merchandise, collection of green fees, cart rentals, golf club and range ball rentals, and making tee-time reservations. Assists in driving range management. Operates Point of Sale (POS) cash collection system, close out cash drawer on daily basis, balance cash, and deposits. Assists Golf Cart Attendants as needed, check golf carts daily as to acceptable operation and cleanliness, and clean carts when necessary. Assists with tournament organization and administration.
