If you love making drinks, connecting with guess, and being part of a lively Austin scene, you'll fit right in!The RoleWe are looking for a friendly, energetic bartender to join our team at Rocky's, a hidden tropical bar where grat drinks and good vibes meet. You'll be serving signature cocktails and shave ice to guests in ourlivey courtyard while keeping the shuffleboard courts buzzing with fun.Key Responsibilities:* Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages according to our recipes.* Provide excellent guest service and create a welcoming, fun atmosphere.* Maintain a clean and organized bar area.* Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.* Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.• Be flexible to assist with special events or high-volume situations at the hotel when needed.Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position.
