• Assist clients by following their care plan which may include: companionship, meal
preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, shopping, medication reminders,
bathing, body care, dressing, feeding, ambulation, positioning, transferring, toileting
and escort (transportation is the responsibility of the client).
• Notify the Care Coordinator of any client concerns, changes in care or client condition,
client emergencies or any safety concerns.
• Adhere to company Infection Control practices; notify the office if in need of
appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or supplies.
• Adhere to clock in and clock out procedures for all scheduled shifts and accurately
update your task status for each client prior to clocking out and leaving the client's
home.
• Adhere to the company's policies and procedures to include code of conduct and dress
code as specified in the Employee Handbook.
• Report to work on-time for your scheduled shift.
• Complete ongoing training as required by company policies and procedures.
• Maintains a positive relationship with clients and their families.
• Maintains positive client satisfaction surveys.
