POSITION SUMMARY

On site in Austin, TX Temp to Perm position. Responsible for the physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped, and assembles kits. All work is subject to additional requests as assigned by the Department Manager.

SCHEDULE

Monday Friday, 10?am 6?pm. Hourly pay is $21.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ship outgoing shipments (preparing, moving, labeling, building boxes, operating pallet jack, printing paperwork).
  • Maintain inventory of kits and shipping supplies based on order points with the purchasing/inventory team.
  • Enter data in spreadsheets, third?party systems, and ERP (preferably Microsoft GP).
  • Manage work orders and supporting documentation.
  • Pick and pack material ensuring order accuracy.
  • Confirm and approve work orders upon receipt.
  • Use ERP software to manage inventory.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory in the shipping area.
  • Meet deadlines, goals, and performance metrics for on?time order processing.
  • Troubleshoot carrier issues related to Natera site delivery or pickup.
  • Identify, count, and stock materials, and maintain goods received records.
  • Build kits for outgoing shipments according to current bill of materials.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Experience with FedEx, UPS, and DHL International Shipping (preferred).
  • 1?2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.

  • Ability to multi?task and prioritize in a fast?paced environment.
  • Highly organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Self?motivated team player who takes accountability and ownership of own work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Austin, TX $21?USD per hour.
