Pay: $16 to $20 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 5 to 6 days per week, 8 to 12 hour shifts, typical hours between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Overtime: Available and expected

Role overview

Toor Countertops is hiring a Material Handler to move stone slabs and cut pieces throughout our fabrication shop. This role uses forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. You will also help load machines and keep work areas staged and organized for production.

What you will do

• Move heavy stone slabs and cut pieces safely through the shop
• Operate a forklift and pallet jacks to stage material for fabrication and finishing
• Load and unload material to support production flow
• Assist with loading machines with material, including around manufacturing robotics
• Organize material locations, staging areas, and work zones
• Follow safety procedures and communicate clearly with the team in a busy shop environment

What we are looking for

• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience working with or around manufacturing robotics and loading machines is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in a loud and wet environment, mostly indoors
• Able to wear required PPE, including boots, ear protection, hard hat, and safety glasses as needed
• Able to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the USA as a W2 employee
• Spanish-speaking is ideal
